Consulting engagements are provided through the Forum’ consultancy practice. RES can work with organisations on any aspect of their global mobility or international HR Strategy as well as developing policies, practices and procedures that support these. Typically, RES would have an initial consultation/workshop with the client to understand their needs and prepare a high level view’ to demonstrate where the issue or the problem may lay and to provide an overview of how a solution could be developed.
